This is my favorite workout class of all time. It's the perfect mix of hard/intense and stretching/recovery. I also always seem to learn a new strength move! Caitlin is such a good instructor - always offering alternative poses and helping make adjustments as needed. She knows so much about the body so if you have something bothering you, she'll be able to make recommendations! Since working out with Tend, my running has improved as well!

Tend Athletics offers great consistent morning workouts. Since the pandemic it's been a source of regular morning routine with a great community, and knowledgeable teacher. The workouts have great rhythm, variability and new exercises each time. Thanks Caitlin for providing this for our community!

Caitlin led a group workout in my backyard. It was a great workout and a great time! Caitlin is an encouraging, knowledgeable coach. She strikes the difficult balance between motivating without being harsh and an expert teacher without being superior. Can't wait to work with Caitlin again!

Caitlin is an encouraging, tough, yet realistic coach -- everything you could want! Her running workouts keep things interesting. Her strength workouts target just what runners need (which I know because even though I run a lot, they fatigue specific target muscles). And her recovery routines help offset all the hard work. I'm glad to have her as my team coach and to use her online videos regularly, too.
