Just got off the phone with Brian. I am not a policy holder of his, but I am working with an accident that happened with one of his. Brian was stellar to work with and made sure that things went smoothly on his end and more!

I have a number of policies with Brian. He came to meet with me in my home the first time. It was good to get to know the person now at the other end of the phone. I've been making considerable updates to my policies, payment methods, etc. recently. Brian and his office personnel have been a great help.

I am sharing an insider’s tip with you. I retired several years ago after almost 40 years with State Farm. During that time, I worked together with Brian for almost twenty years. Brian is one of the hardest-working, most dedicated, well-intentioned people I know. He is the type of person who will run through the wall, if necessary, to make sure your insurance needs are handled in a professional, prompt, and friendly manner. Brian is smart, knowledgeable, and focused on doing the best job possible for the customer. There are many outstanding State Farm agents in central Indiana but I can’t imagine anyone who will do a better job in taking care of your insurance and financial services needs.

Policy holder for years - switching. Called them, left a message, no call back. Finally got them on the phone, spoke to me rudely and was very short when I was trying to figure out the rate. You'll actually just be speaking to the rude staff, good luck talking to the exalted Brian Rindfuss. Lots of other options, basically go with anyone else who actually tries to keep your business and maintain a relationship with you. I've seen better service from faceless insurance providers.
