This is a horrible place to deal with. The people are extremely rude.. I was looking to get a vehicle insured .. and when they found out I had other vehicles ensure with other people they told me they would have to insure all my vehicles through them or none at all ...... Wow It's a heck of an extortion racket meaning you have to have insurance to follow the law and one hell of a monopoly when you can make your customers use your service to ensure all of their vehicles when they don't want all of their vehicles insured through you

Loyal, happy client for 20+ years! I first met Allen when I moved into the Lafayette area after living overseas. Since then, Allen and his associates have done nothing short of taking great care of my personal, family and business insurance needs. I don't have the luxury of time for reading and understanding all the many ins and outs I probably should know about the insurance I need. Allen has provided the necessary guidance. With his help, I confidently stand on solid ground with the choices I've made. I sure don't want to end up with a claim denied or some other crazy issue because of something I didn't understand up front. Moreover, his team has been super responsive to any claims, issues, and questions that have come up throughout the years, and they've kept me up to date as things change. Ryan is the first insurance agent I've ever had who I'm able to pick up the phone and call to ask the silliest questions. He's gets everything done quickly and easily, so I never have to worry. Very affordable too...he's saved me a lot of money!!
