Kevin and his staff always take care of everything I need quickly and with a very positive attitude. They are never to busy to take time to answer any questions I have. They always treat us with respect and always thank us for being their customer. They are the best Insurance office we have ever had. Thank you Kevin we truly value you as our agent.

This is the best insurance agency I've ever been with. He handles all my auto and home needs quickly and professionally. He's simply the best and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I have been with Allstate for six years and have always had no problems. Until I moved and he became my agent, he never cancelled my insurance for a totaled car and then scolded me like a child for not paying the bill! And when it came to getting insurance on my new vehicle he made it so difficult, at first he wouldn't even let me, and I had to have another agent call him and push it through. And then later when I was renewing my policy he set me up with full coverage when I only ever wanted liability as I always have.nnTo actually get a hold of him I have to call over and over and leave several messages. More times than not I ended up just having to call the 1800 number, and the times he will actually get back to me, he's so rude and acts as if he can't be bothered. I dont understand why it's like this all the time. I feel he mistreats me because im young and have to ask questions to better understand some things, I feel he is impatient and tried to take advantage. Ive gotten to the point I won't call him anymore because it's such an unpleasant experience every time. I would suggest Allstate insurance, just not this agent!

This was the worst experience with an insurance company and/or agent we have ever had. No customer service, no call backs, and mistakes that costs us hundreds of dollars in premiums and other fees! We called and called and either left voice mails or spoke with his assistant (and left messages with him) who either cannot pass messages or make the changes we requested or the agent himself cannot return a call or make the changes we requested. Now that we have cancelled it, we are still being charged! All of this and we only had this agent and insurance for 5 months! Definitely would not recommend this agent to anyone!nIf I could have gotten away with giving ZERO stars I would have, but to post this I had to click at least one.
