They have been my go to insurance since I moved to Lafayette and I can see no complaints at all. They handle their business quickly and efficiently with some of the best phone manners that you can receive. It’s so much quicker to call when your local office then the corporate line.
I could not freaking believe it I got a call today from an agent at this office saying that there was some clerical errors and that she was going to take care of that. She also went over my policy and found some other discounts as well. I would highly I mean highly recommend this insurance company to anybody. Not only did they beat Nationwide price I got better coverage for a lower price that not only lowered my homeowner's insurance but it also lowered my vehicle insurances and I have an escrow so it also is going to lower my mortgage payments. The rep Crystal was so sweet and nice and she listened to my concerns addressed those concerns and reassured me that State Farm was 100% working in my best interest. I'm only 3 months into this but I can already tell I made the right move by switching my vehicle and homeowners policies to State Farm. I am just thrilled to see a company give this level of service in this day in age.
