9/14/2020 - Joe Jr. looks out for you. Initially he had me with one insurance agency. 1 year in and upon finding a new deal, he contacted me, helped me save some money, and found a more reliant insurance company for my family's vehicles. He is personable and offers good advice without trying to overexert influence. I have not had to deal with a wreck yet and working through a claim, but I will update this post if it happens.

Their Claim adjuster at Erie will rip you off. Very unprofessional. Hire a public adjuster before accepting a estimate from a Erie Insurance Adjuster. This specific adjuster was sent out for wind damage, pulls up in a Ford Explorer, with a ladder but new nothing about using a tape measure, Adjuster “MG” , forgot parts that were damaged in his report and still tells homeowner he will not pay a penny more. He would not communicate to find a solution after questioning his pricing that was way lower than the Xactimate pricing Insurance Company’s go by. Willing to show examples of how this guy rips homeowners off not to mention wants to talk down on a company helping the homeowner out. He’s a scam, just something to be aware of. If you have came in connect or dealt with Adjuster “MG” from Erie and have experienced the same disrespectful, dishonest behavior he shows, contact the Commissioner of Insurance, because this isn’t right.

Excellent service. The staff takes as much time as necessary to explain details and price options so I can make informed decisions about what is best for my family and me. They saved me a ton of money after I switched to Lafayette Insurance I AND I receive better service and have better coverage. Recently had a car accident and Joe Couch was very responsive at the time of the accident and Erie Insurance was great with the claim. I highly recommend Lafayette Insurance.

They are very nice and will find the best deal for you. They also follow up with you in the future to better you in better insurance for less.
