Reeces Maytag Home Appliance

We purchased a washer and dryer from Reece’s about a year or so ago and had a good experience so we decided to purchased our kitchen appliances from them and what a big MISTAKE that was! The delivery driver arrived on time and was polite, however the gentleman with the company that is paid to install them could not have been more unprofessional. He was cussing left and right in our home and refused to do the work because he “didn’t have the time” and the hook-ups weren’t “set up like he liked them.” And then he continued to cuss about it and was very rude. Upon calling the office, they told us that the installation gentleman could refuse to install it and they didn’t even apologize about it at all. It’s an installation we could do on our own but simply don’t have the time. We were told they will call us this afternoon to explain the situation so we will see if we hear from them. Otherwise, we will be taking our business elsewhere and will NOT be recommending Reece’s to others.

I placed an order late at night for a new washer and the next morning I received a call from Reece himself to assist me in scheduling and the purchase. Less than a week later, I have a new washer! I didn’t catch my installation guys’ name, but he mentioned he was the owners son. He was amazing. Worked quickly and was so pleasant to interact with. Can’t wait to shop with them again!

Awesome local, family-owned business that we have been grateful customers of for years. They sell quality appliances, and provide outstanding service when needed. Forget the big box stores and shop local.

I've had to go to Reeces twice in about as many months....the service you get is top notch and incomparable to any other service I have ever had. I highly highly recommend them. The lady ( sorry I cannot remember the name ) and the gentelmen that deliver are so polite and respectful. Love Love love them!!!
