Very professional! I liked being able to see where the shuttle was as it made its way to the airport. Very personable! Airport person was super nice regarding Check-In, and Mark the Driver was helpful with my bag and provided a pleasant experience back to West Lafayette. Thank you!
They have always been able to transport me to and from Purdue and IND professionally and promptly. They load and unload your luggage for you and have never disappointed. When I had to cancel a return shuttle last spring due to Covid, instead of simply issuing no refund, they provided a voucher for a shuttle ride at a later time (which I recently used). Another great thing about this shuttle service is that even though I arrived to the wrong pick up spot, late, they still managed to transport me to the airport on time. I had accidentally gone to the Purdue Union Hotel pickup location instead of the one by the Stewart Center, and a nice man with Lafayette Limo (I think it was Troy) offered me a ride to catch up with the bus. Because of all the confusion holidays incur, Lafayette Limo had anticipated situations like this (I was not the only one) and prepared for it. I know that service is nonstandard, but I am very thankful for it.
I was pleased with their service. It’s a good value and less stress than driving to the airport and parking. I will definitely use their shuttle service again!
Nicole was my driver and she was so sweet! Exceptional service. I’ve rode with Lafayette limo a handful of times and so has my family. They have never failed us!
We have used Lafayette limo since 2011. Been very pleased everytime. Theyve updated their vehicles, which has made the shuttle a more pleasurable ride. Always on time. Drivers are helpful and courteous.
