I just love love love my camera system by FLIR and would recommend FLIR Security Camera with at least one monitor to everyone who wants peace of mind in a really optimal product!nnIt’s attractive and I am a satisfied customer. Features along with manipulative viewing capabilities are awesome!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS COMPANY! I work for a large university, and our purchasing system is automated. I placed an order for a FLIR ONE for Android through our purchasing system, and it was sent to FLIR to be fulfilled. The expected lead time is approximately 4 weeks. After waiting for a month for the item, and not receiving it, I called the company to inquire about its location. I reached sales rep, Michelle, who was very rude to me on the phone. She had our order and said that it was on a 16 WEEK BACKORDER! I absolutely understand that things are on backorder from suppliers, but what upsets me the most is that nobody contacted me to inform me of this. With 99% of other companies that I order through (same automated university system), the supplier has the courtesy to call or email at the very least when an item is expected to be delayed. When I asked Michelle if this was typical for FLIR to not inform people of backorders, she got an attitude with me and said she did not know how the order was placed. I can understand that if someone calls in to place an order, the person taking the order can inform them of the delay at that time. It bothers me that there are obvious other ways that people place orders, and they do not have the courtesy to let them know the product will take four times longer than expected. Also, if Michelle does not know how the order was placed, and keeps using it as her excuse for not knowing why we weren't contacted, maybe she should find someone who does know how the order was placed in their system (it was obviously placed somehow). On our end, my contact info (name, phone, address, and email address) are sent to the supplier, so there really is no excuse. This company not only needs to work on their poor production aspects, but also on hiring employees who have an ounce of customer service skills.
