Dr Steve and Dr Stacey Beck are exceptional! I felt as though I received the most thorough eye examination and feel confident about the health of my eyes! The office is gorgeous and the staff is courteous and professional. The frame selection is current and I found several pairs I am interested in!! I will definitely be a returning patient!
The service is professional. They have advanced technology/equipment. More interested quality service over trying to increase patient expenditures. Go out of their way to help you and meet your needs. All though very busy, you don't feel like just another patient. They pay attention to detail, which is essential when the eyes are one of important body organs.
Beat place hands down. Staff and Dr. Beck are amazing. They talk and get to know you and treat more than just a client. Anyone who says different, needs Jesus. I’m very thankful for them! I recommend everyone to go see Dr. Beck and staff.
Both the professionalism and organization are visible as you open the door into Optix Optometry. Dr. Steve really cares about his patients and takes time to listen and answer your questions. There is an abundance of eye glasses on display to choose from and the staff are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. Both my husband and I have been patients for the past 10 years and we have been pleased with both the customer service and the eye wear products at Optix Optometry.
Dr. Beck is very thorough and he took time to address all my concerns. The staff are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My appointment was on time and the checkout process was quick and easy. Great Experience!
