I was visiting my friends store cbd essentials next door, by far best cbd store in town, the owner Justin does a great job satisfying his customers needs
Trash company who doesn’t care about employees at all.
When I went, they were unusually busy. Still was greeted when I walked in. They were busy helping another customer with what seemed to be a difficult issue but one tech came over and got me all squared away with adding an extra line fairly quickly. They seemed very knowledgeable and got me all squared away.
Poorly staffed at West Lafayette location butnthe manager and staff are awesome and so is cricket but when you have to wait for only 1 person working to handle 2 customers it's very annoying and long wait. Left without anything nor upgrade. ****Everything else is great.*****n****WENT BACK TODAY AND HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MAKE UP FOR THE OTHER DAY. VERY HAPPY!!!
They had none of the phones I was looking at I had to pick three different times because there was none in the back one of the ladies was like really mean I never seen a store so bad
