Terrific experience today. After receiving the wrong directions to this location several times, I finally arrived. The salesman on duty, Eric was waiting on his relief so he could leave for the day. His relief was late and his wife was in the parking lot waiting for him to get off. Even tho the purchase and transfer of data was a lengthy one, Eric stayed with it until all was complete. I really appreciate not only the fact that he was happy to help me out with a smile no less...lol...but I also appreciate his wife for patiently waiting. Thank you Verizon for hiring this man, and thank you Eric for being such a great person. I will 100% recommend this store.
Wonderful service. Eric patiently answered all my questions and even recommended a plan that would cost less than my current plan, but has unlimited data. Overall, highly satisfied with my experience here! :)
First ill say this Eric did great!! We tried to go to the Delphi location and the door was locked we waited 30 minutes and he unlocked the door. Told him about upgrading my step daughter's phone. He said our system is down. I was not happy at all and could tell he was lying. We call called this Verizon in west Lafayette Eric answered and set us up a appointment so we didn't have to wait. I wish we came here first. He looked at our bill and lowered our bill even with a new phone. Upgraded her phone and took the time to show us all our promotions. Then today my stepdaughter said he called to check up and make sure everything was working good still. Eric is the best we have ever worked with. This will be where we buy all our future purchases!! Eric i told you id buy you a case of beer and im delivering it today! Thank you again!
