The therapists are great, they are knowledgeable, upbeat and wonderful to work with. The facility is very clean with good equipment.nThe staff is 5 stars but the billing is only 1 star. Their accounts/billing is very confusing, try to talk to someone in the billing and you get people that can't talk good understandable English. On the bills, payments made by the patient are not clearly reflected. When I tried to understand what was going on with my billing, it took 2 phone calls, 3 associates before I finally got to someone who could talk clear English to try to help me.nI think you would call instead of full disclosure on the bills, to you, have to guess what ATI means on the bills.nI would recommend the West Lafayette ATI facility but certainly not the billing dept.

The therapist I worked with was very friendly and professional and knew exactly what stretches and excercise regimen I needed to get my lower back feeling 100% again. I would recommend ATI to anybody needing or looking for physical therapy of any kind. Top notch service and care for patients!

ATI is top notch. They helped me get back on my feet after knee surgery and a peroneal tendon injury. The therapists are all super friendly and competent. I always look forward to PT because it's a great atmosphere for rehab!

Terrible, unprofessional, immature therapists! The therapists there play dress up in onesies. My mother paid for therapy that included having a therapist with her the ENTIRE time! She did NOT get that! They billed her insurance $400.00 an hour which included her pedaling on a stationary bike for 12 minutes alone. They showed her the exercises then left her alone while they went and bought Girl Scout cookies and had a male patient give them deer meat. They talked and yelled back and forth to one another about social events and what they would be doing for the weekend. It’s in front of Meijer in a little shopping strip area that has a Starbucks.

The girls at this facility are great with the therapy that is needed to help my chronic pain. Yes, chronic pain is hard to overcome but with friendly smiles and therapists that are willing to work as hard as you to get moving on the path to recovery, I would definitely recommend ATI Therapy to anyone who needs specialized therapy. They are great with scheduling and rescheduling appointments. Thanks ladies for the the best therapy in the world.
