Everyone was really nice. No issues. They had someone wiping/sanitizing everything. Make sure to research what you need before you go in. I saw a guy who had waited a while and when he was being helped, he was informed he didn't have everything he needed. Would have been avoided if he would have looked up what documents he needed before coming in.
Pretty quick, I was in and out in around 5 min. Other reviews I've read were pretty negative. In perspective, if you're nice to people, most will be nice to you. The rude lady a couple booths down is a probable reason an associate may be rude to you. All it takes to turn their attitude is a compliment or something nice or positive.
Joey, the assistant branch manager, made my day! After waiting in line, I discovered at the counter that the documents I had were not going to work. She was then generous enough to let me skip the line when I returned with a valid document. She’s was very sweet through the whole process and made getting my new license a breeze.
Service is terrible. Ridiculous covid restrictions are too much and the wait is long since they only had two windows open.
Been to a lot of Motor vehicle departments in and out of state. This is the only one were I felt satisfied and the staff seemed to be nice and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Last year I was in Oklahoma motor vehicle department and they see people as if we are not humans. Here I was welcomed, greeted and served based on token number.
