I just renewed my insurance here. Yan managed to reduce my premium over $260 because of my excellent record.nnWhen I first visited this company, I just wanted to do a comparison, as I was still satisfied with my previous insurance with relatively low rate. The agent Yan went over my old coverage and explained why I need to increase them: I need to protect my increased asset. At the beginning, I thought the agent just want me to pay more money. But little by little, I realized that she did that entirely for my benefit. Also, I found that, while the relative premium increased, the absolute premium is much lower than that quoted from my previous insurance with the same coverage.

They even changed my address at a later date from our transaction at my request.
