Absolutely LOVE Dr. York and her staff. Wonderful experience. We just moved here from out of state and were needing dental appointments soon for our family of four. They were able to see us all within that same week; all of the other offices were booking 3-6 months out. I was a little late to my appointment and they were very understanding and still saw me that morning. They were so so patient with both of my young boys (2yrs and 4 yrs). They got us back very quickly to be seen and I was happy with the cleanings and care that we received. The dental hygienists are so friendly. I love the small town friendliness that I felt coming here. 100% recommend to anyone, especially families of littles.
Worst dentist office I have been to. Lobby was a mess, staff was unprofessional and the dentist sneezed in my mouth while she was doing a final inspection of my teeth while not wearing a mask.
This is an average dentist office with below average customer service and business practice.
i'm happy that this office was able to get my college freshman in for an emergency replacement of a temporary cap on his front tooth. however, the dentist removed some length of the tooth next to it and the teeth below it because it didn't match-up with the temporary she had just installed. Now, he is unable to put his top and bottom teeth together no matter how he positions his jaw and this is upsetting for him. I talked to Dr. York about this and she stated that she only removed millimeters - which seems like a lot for teeth that are not very large to begin with. i just don't understand why you would be concerned with matching up length on a temporary cap when a permanent crown would soon be installed and the length of the crown could be made to match the healthy tooth next to it. i think this was a poor decision on the doctor's behalf and asking a 19 year old if it is OK to even them out without explaining that he would never again be able to put his teeth together is absurd.
Dr Kristen York is the VERY BEST dentist you will ever know!! And I have pics to prove it!!! The first pic is when I woke up.... The second pic I was in panic mode some few hours later and the third pic is lessthan 24 hours of taking great care of this problem! She explains what is going on...what she has to do.... And what you need to expect...and what you will experience. But Dr York and her well oiled machine of a staff made me feel at home... Cozy.... Like they got this and no worries. I felt so comfortable and at ease....IN A DENTIST OFFICE WITH THIS DEFORMITY!! BETHANY was Dr Kristen York's co pilot and was very comforting...and asked what kind of music do I like. And she played my preferred music. So I was so at ease when they began the procedure. And Dr Kristen York has a way about her that you kno she is genuine!! And I went thru this procedure with literally no pain!!! God bless you Dr York!! Thank you so much!!! I will ALWAYS recommend you and I definitely will be back.... (So I can get pampered again lol) but yeah here is the miracle she worked in less than 24 hours!!!!
