I am with Erie for the last 3 years. My car was involved in a minor accident recently and Amber took care of it very efficiently and quickly. The one thing I always look for in insurance agents is their response during time of need. Amber passed in that test. When I go online to see the review of Erie insurance, I see so many negative reviews and that made me really confused. I am not sure about others, but I found Amber very very good (an importantly not pushy like many other agents).
