After an awful experience with another dentist in town, I ended up getting a referral here for my son to get two teeth removed. I myself had my wisdom teeth removed here many years ago as well. Both my son and I had very good experiences. Everyone was nice and everything was explained very well to me. Even though the nurse gave me all the info I needed for my son, I forgot a lot of it and the receptionist was super nice when I called to have her reiterate a few things to me. My son doesn’t hate the dentist as much now that he has been seen by a good one. Before coming here, he was so scared to go to the dentist it made him physically sick.

I am not usually one to post reviews, but I just had to when it comes to L.O.M.S.G. I had the most amazing experience here not once, but twice! I saw them once for a normal extraction, and then again a couple weeks after to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. From start to finish, everything was easy & so pleasant. I can’t say enough good things!!!nnSpecial thanks to Elisabeth & Courtney for going above and beyond to make me comfortable!

It went perfectly. Although the doc didn’t warn me I was going to sleep. It felt like 5 mins. Healing went perfect. Could of not asked for a better experience.

Just got my wisdom teeth removed a couple months ago. And everything went so smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I went in to have 2 teeth removed, get there and I am told I need to show insurance and pay for everything up front. I explain that they have my insurance and that I was applying for the Care Credit program. Front desk receptionist was rude from the get go. She told me at least 3 different times that they didn't have my insurance info. Finally I asked if they didn't have my info, how did they tell me how much insurance I had left when they confirmed the appointment? No answer. They tell me I don't qualify for care credit and demand over 1000 dollars. I try to see about having my parent run in a credit card or going home and bringing a credit card back. Nope!! Won't let me go back until it is paid and having someone bring it in would take to long.... Made me reschedule for 5 weeks out and was rude and condescending the whole time. If that is what the receptionist is like I am a little worried about what the other staff is like
