Pippin Dental & Braces

After a horrible experience at another dentist, I was so relieved to be at Pippin. While I did have to wait a lot longer than I anticipated, it was mostly my son’s insurance company’s fault, so I wasn’t too upset with it. Everyone there was so helpful to me, and kind and informative to my son. They actually gave me options and referrals for him, instead of kicking us out (like Regal Valley did). Still have a long road ahead of us for my son, but once his dental anxiety calms down a bit, I will be returning here with him. The two women at the front desk (Brittany and Kristen) were amazing, despite their heavy workload. The dental hygienist was patient and explained everything she was doing to my son. And the doctor went over all our options with me upfront and understood my worries. Can’t say enough good things.

My 6 yr old is in for dental work wait time was never longer than 10 min and they are the most patient with kids!! But also if i was comfortable during procedure!! Defiantly made it a great experience for us! It was his first tooth pulled without sedation , though they had a rough time with needle it was very quick ! Already booked our next app. Thank u staff n dr for all u did to make our experience there comfortable as possible!!

Brittney at the front desk was so kind and helpful! She was able to help us get in the same day for an emergency visit and even set her up for a cleaning while we were there! Amy cleaned her teeth and was so caring and sweet! Raeann and Dr Gretencord were so comforting and reassuring to my daughter who had a same day procedure to help alleviate her pain! We were so impressed and will definitely be back!

My son had an appointment at 10:30am I showered up 20 minutes before the appointment because it was his first appointment and I had to fill papers out and I was not spoken to til 5 minutes before his appointment to fill out papers. Then waited almost 25 minutes past his appointment time to go back and I went back with him when he did. He was done with his cleaning within 10 minutes then went back for x-rays and was that was done within 5 minutes waited another almost 30 minutes with my 6 year old child being inpatient waiting in the doctor to come and look at his teeth we didn’t get to leave til almost noon
