Love my travel agent! Shelley Costello!❤
I booked a trip to Jamaica through Deb Wright, the trip was for my brothers wedding, so I didn't have a choice of company or travel agent. If it were me, I would have never used The Travel Authority or Deb Wright. Deb was the worst! She gave wrong information if you could get her to do that much... sent info that shorts, closed toe shoes and dress shirt were enough... come to find out pants were required... we are at the buffet all week... since that's where we could... our room was a dump! Feces on the wall in the water closet... greasy head marks on headboard, stained furniture, scratched up old furniture, dirty... dirty... ughhh... and then to top it off, we were not given our Hyatt points for our stay, our contract never mentioned we were not eligible ... should have booked ourself... no expertise here! I have pics of the filthy awful room if anyone is interested....
