I was nervous based on other reviews but had a wonderful experience closing on our house. They even had toys and coloring sheets for the kiddos.

The individuals that work there are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had the misfortune of closing there today (seller’s choice). From a passive aggressive comment at the beginning of the closing to overhearing the individual (Jackie) complaining to her coworkers stating, “I knew they were going to be readers” and mocking my wife’s response to why she was unable to call in advance of closing. This is unacceptable and not appreciated. I am not sorry that I reviewed the documents, that is what closings are for. Also, this group has absolutely made errors on closing documents...and knowing that, you would be foolish not to review their work. If you can choose who to do your closing, do NOT choose to give your business to Stallard and Schuh.

I was not very impressed. At closing I was given all the papers to sign with no explanation of what I was signing and on top of that the closing manager did not like the way I was signing my name. They also did not have a document they needed from the sale of my home . I came prepared and had that document with me but it just seemed very unprofessional. And the worst part was that they were supposed to email the closing papers to the city in order for me to have my water turned on at the new home. They did not send the papers and i was without water over the very hot memorial weekend. When I called them to let them know that papers were not sent they sent them for me right away, however there was no apology of any kind. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
