I decided to start getting my home sprayed every three months with Franklin, and the amount of bugs in my finished basement are almost non-existent. I would recommend them to anyone with pest problems. They are courteous and the chemicals used work. They ask me every time if I need sprayed on the inside, and I really have not had to have the inside done since I started using them. Cory is pleasant and respectful.
Always on time and very professional. Never have to worry about anything. We don’t have any problems because they keep them away! Great company to work with and no stress or worry.
We have used Franklin Pest Solutions a few times since moving to Lafayette and have always loved their service. Each service tech always leave us with a card to call or email them if we have further issues. And their staff, both techs and phone operators are very pleasant to speak with. We love Franklin.
We’ve discovered our basement is a little too comfortable for the mice in the neighborhood. They’ve taken up serious residency in our laundry area and felt the need to visit during the day time hours, which means it was time to call in for help! We have some awesome new traps inside and outside the house to stop them from coming out! And have some bait set for any other “friends”!
Ryan was very thorough to ensure the safety of our family dogs and the critters living in the stream located on our property. He was helpful and polite. I appreciated his confirmation that this season’s bugs have been especially problematic— it’s always nice to hear a professional agree with your assessment. Thank you for a job well done!
