Window World of Lafayette

I recently purchased a home with some of their windows in it. Unfortunately one of the windows had broken pivot pins and wouldn't stay up. I called the store and they worked with me very well and shipped me the parts needed to repair the window. Great customer service and great people. The parts arrived very quickly and the window works flawlessly.

The reason why it did not get a 5 star review is because we had to wait several months for installation. Then at 4pm the day before the installation we were notified that it had to be rescheduled two weeks out and it could possibly be rescheduled again. As I am working remote with my 3 year old and have a dog, neither could be present during the installation, it was unprofessional, inconsiderate and very inconvenient to cancel and reschedule 2 weeks later with less than 24 hour notice. Fast forward 2 weeks later, the actual installation afternoon went well and workers were professional. So far, the quality of the windows has been great!

The window looked great after being put in, but then we had to have the siding around in replaced. The contractor that did the siding noticed that they did not insulate the inside of the bottom of the window which he took care of at that time. I did it call about this because it was corrected by the other contractor but I feel like it should have been done with the installation.

The 3 men that put my windows and door in did an awesome job!!!!They got it done quick and I'm very happy with my new windows and door. I would recommend window world all day long. Oh yea, their prices were much better than the other 2 quotes I got. So they get a 5 ud83cudf1f hands down!!! Thank you again window world.

Great price point compared to others we priced out. The job was installed 3 weeks ahead of schedule .nInstallation was great, the crew was nice and left everything cleaner then they found it. I would recommend to anyone.
