Purchased KitchenAid appliances, refrigerator, stove top, oven/microwave. When they delivered the oven/microwave and refrigerator (almost $4,000 alone for refrigerator) the shelves in the refrigerator had fallen and shattered, which caused dents inside). The delivery guys said he came that way from the factory. They had the appliances unboxed in the back in of a pickup, which I watched them traveling down our county road going faster than they should have been. The next day, they delivered the “floor model”,,,never called prior to delivery, and they never spoke to me at all. I noticed that it was missing a compartment under the ice maker, so I called them. I was told they would put it in the mail. It has been 10 days and I have yet to receive this. I was told at the beginning of the week that they never put a tracking number on the package, but I should be getting it any day. Looks like I will have to call the store again. Prior to all of this, several weeks ago I called to see if the appliances were in yet....the first gentleman was rude and wouldn’t let me talk. He told me that Miranda would call me back. 4 hours later I called Miranda and talk to another man, tried to give him the date and ticket number, and he was more rude than the first man...started to cry. They did call back and the appliances were not in yet, but expected. They gave me a delivery date and then I had to reschedule due to the contractor not being ready yet. I set up another date 10 days out, then 6 days out they called and said that they would be delivered that afternoon.....we were not ready for them. I was told the time they would arrive on the new day....that time came and no phone call and no appliances. I called the store and told the young gal who answered the phone my name and I wondered when my appliances would be delivered? To which she replied “I have no idea”.....what? Fast forward to this day...I’ve had nothing but problems with this company, and they seem like they just don’t care. So that is why I’m giving them 1 star.

The folks here are great to buy appliances from. They seem to know and love selling appliances, and they have a good variety of brands at prices that compete with the big box stores. Won't hesitate to come here the next time I need a big humming metal box.

I haven't met kinder more understanding employees. During this pandemic they made the extra effort to get parts and repair my stove

Sales person was very helpful. Even gave me a printout on the items I was looking at, had all specifics on it. That way I could go home and compare with others I had looked at and I can make a very informed decision.

Have a microwave that is under warranty and broken. Service has been to our house multiple times since September to fix and replaced multiple parts. We were told by the service guy it needs replaced but when we call we get told another part is on order. We were never informed of this and we had to call multiple times and got the run around. Horrible customer service, would never use them if our builders didn’t purchase our appliances. We were also told that we needed to call the manufacturer as it isn’t their problem since they keep ordering parts. Have never had this much disregard for a customer from any business. If you want to feel like you’re being taken care of do not go through beesons.
