They were great and ON-TIME! The young man, Justin, who came in was responsive and thorough. He wore a mask, inspected everything, gave me lot of information (including telling me he would make sure I was on their coupon lists). We just moved to the area and have found the company we will be using. He was investigate a water pressure issue, and determined it was the water softener but apparently they do it all, electrical, heating, cooling, etc. so I have their number saved now. Great local company.

Used then for plumbing and electrical. Have been very quick to service and worked well. Respectful of the property. Rates are average from what I know, but no problem with what they charged. Got the job done each time.

We have had the best professional relationships with this company, and there employees. They are very knowledgeable about the product they sell and service. The service men and office people are very friendly and helpful. When ever we have anynquestions about the system, we get an answer right away. We like our serviceman Lee, because when he works on our a.c. he treats it like he was working on his own personal unit.

I have been an F&S Williams customer for many years for electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. I am impressed by the quality of their work and what I consider to be very fair prices for the work they do. They are always quick to respond when I call for help, particularly if it is an emergency. Their technicians are always prompt, courteous, and explain fully the problem and what needs to be done to fix it. With me, they have a customer for life!

This company has the most affordable prices in town ,I call a few companies and they have the the best price compare to the others,but not just the price ,the service and the professionalism they handle it was great.nnI full recommend this company.
