Westend Dental - Lafayette

My first experience here was with my granddaughters and they were so gentle, patient and friendly. I love the entire staff. Everything was explained step by step. They answered questions before I could ask. 5 Stars for WESTEND DENTAL IN LAFAYETTE, IN.

Very professional and quick. Appointments made easily and hardly any wait. Would recommend.

Called for an emergency appointment. They got me scheduled for 30 minutes after I made the call. Everybody there was super helpful and very nice. I was seen quite quickly and they decided to remove the problem tooth. The dentist made sure I couldn't feel a thing before starting. He and his assistant went above and beyond to make sure I was calm and then proceeded to take out the tooth faster than I had ever had work done before. He then talked to me about options to get the rest of my dental work done without costing me the ridiculous amount of money the other 3 places I had been said it would cost. After that I went to pay my bill and it was cheaper than I was originally quoted. (It wasn't expensive at all to begin with.) Overall the best dental care I have ever received from beginning to end. I will only be going to Westend from now on.

Worst dental experience ever!!! Font desk has no idea how to process care credit payments had some lady who I don't even think is a dentist take three hours to fill three cavities. On the next visit the dentist spent more time trying to fix what they did. Got fitted for partials took over a month came back with gaps and pink on the teeth looked awful. They refunded me my money without question is why they got one star!

Had a good experience here. Got me in quickly and gave me a filling the same day.
