Columbia River RV Park

Awesome Park in a really good location. The office staff is amazing, extremely helpful and thoughtful. Really have enjoyed my experience.

They were trying to scam us. This place asked for an application with app fee, background check, pay stubs for the past 3 months, letter from employer and $250K insurance and I only wanted to stay there 1 month. I wonder what they'd ask for long term; the title to my home? They gave us a rate of $576 per month and gave our friend a quote $1400 a month the same night. I supplied everything and except only gave last 2 weeks of income. I think they were trying to jack up the rates.

This is a clean park in a nice location. My stay was fine until I applied for a monthly spot. After completing applications, $30/person, and waiting for the approval, I was denied because I’m unemployed. I explained to them up front I am retired. I live on investment income equal to over 6 times their requirement, and provided 3 month of bank statements as they requested. Their further explanation was that investment income is not stable enough. How stable is a regular job in the middle of Covid 19?nVery disappointed in this place. I feel like I was denied because the manager is clueless about any income that isn’t regular employment or SSI.

The very best and we would recommend staying here to anyone, the grounds are clean and kept up, service is very friendly and helpful, plus great smiles.

UPDATE! 8/27/2020 - Back to a strong 5 stars! Things just cost more everywhere! What you can’t get everywhere is top notch management. This place has it! Very effective communication, friendly and trustworthy reps. Been living full time here since the Covid-19 started. Which, BTW, was well handled by the staff. Always feel safe. Planes are pretty much gone for now. Great neighbors. Live is good.nnOne of my all-time favorite PNW RV parks. Great location, excellent staff. Very clean well maintained restrooms and laundry facility. Rates are comparable to better than other area parks. Centrally located near PDX airport but not in landing path, quite evenings. Highly recommended!nnUPDATE 8/2017: Pricing, at all levels, went up. Priced me out of the park. On top of “no Kid park/playground” makes me reevaluate my review and stars. From a 5 to a 3 for reasons as noted.
