I've lived here for about 4 years now and it isn't exactly bad but It isn't exactly great either
The grounds maintenance here is essentially non existant. The only good part about this place is the lot rent is fairly cheap.
Too crowded also full of drug addicts and in industrial type surroundings
Affordable and clean Mobile Home Park. Highly recommend
