Elmwood Church of Christ

My husband and I went in March for the first time. Had heard negative results from others. We still went. It was for a family of 3 adults (one being a senior). We got enough food to last maybe 3 weeks if we stretched it. We went back on the 3rd week and was told we had to wait another week before we could get any more help. We received a package of 5 sausages, some canned goods, and a few other items along with toilet paper, etc. Thankfully we found another food pantry opened and continue to use them when needed. Would not recommend.

I have gone to their food pantry a few times. The people in this church are very caring and selfless. Above and beyond helpfulness in the food pantry. You almost feel like you're in a real, little grocery store.

My income is very low so I still need to get the help this place provides and I make my shopping list for Kroger to supplement with what I received from the pantry. Very clean and respectful volunteers to help you with your choices of good variety of food.

They gave presents to my kids from their Dad in prison. Very appreciated.
