Gigi’s Cupcakes

The past few experiences I’ve had at GiGi’s have been disappointing. We had them cater our wedding and 2-3 weeks prior to our wedding, we called to request to lower the amount of cupcakes we wanted. We were told that due to us paying them off so far in advance that if we changed the number of our cupcakes we wouldn’t get any refund. This made no sense to me as the cupcakes obviously hadn’t been made yet. I even would have been fine with store credit, but it was either we kept the number we had or lose our money. I didn’t think it was good customer service. Then I went there today and told them I had the rewards and was told I had to get the app and wait 7 days for my points to transfer. I do not understand why I couldn’t give them my number like before. Then, I realized I already downloaded the app prior and my points never transferred over and I know I had quite a few. I’m very disappointed and hope someone can help get me my points. Otherwise, I’m not sure I’ll be back, which is disappointing bc I do like their cupcakes.

Got our wedding cake from here, and it was everything I wanted! Absolutely gorgeous and delicious!! I will be recommending Gigi's to everyone.

I can't thank Gigi's enough for putting together a Mickey camping cake. I had no idea how I wanted it or what she could even do and Brittany was able to be very creative and came up with an awesome cake. It was so delicious and everyone was completely happy with the taste. My Dad had a great birthday and he smiled so big when he saw the cake!

Awesome cupcake.. service not so much.nSo i kinda would expect a perky employee or at least one that was happy we were there. I did get her to be a little friendly by letting her know it was my first time.. but dang it was like pulling teeth out.. she asked if i was a reward member.. I said no and that was that? i had to ask to become one.. shouldn't she be trying to sell that feature.she was behind the wall behind the counter and just kinda pops out, not smily.. kinda bothered by it all... it was just odd. it wasnt closing time so i dont know why she was back there.. i felt like i was in a closed shop bothering her. and then i asked for a bag.. she had a box.. i was having a hard time getting the cupcake in the box and she was already going back into hiding.. i was just kinda left out there. i almost wanted to reach my tip back out of the jar as she certainly didnt earn it..nbut the cupcake was so awesome i hope that next time i wont be annoying her getting one

First time there. Went in for a birthday cupcake for my mom. She loved it. I also bought a banana bread mini loaf. BEST banana bread I've ever tasted!!! Will stop in every time I'm in the area, live out of state.
