This location has never disappointed me. The employees always have a great attitude, even during their busier times. They're very polite and professional. The store is always clean, and the price is very reasonable. You always get your money's worth here.

We go to this location frequently, and they have an employee there who is very rude! She asks us “What do you want?” when we are trying to decide what to order. She is very disrespectful to us, and always acts as if she hates working there and helping us. We have to pay attention when checking out because she will charge us for the larger size when we ordered the smaller one. She has even argued with me about the amount of change I gave her, and that my daughter did not order the kiddy sized cup. She should not be working at Cold Stone. The ice cream is so good, but she is really giving this location an “Ice Cream Headache!”

Best ice cream in town

I was greeted by an employee as she said, “So are you going to order or what?”. There wasn’t anyone else in the store waiting and I had just gotten to the front to look at the sign, so I don’t understand why she was rude.nI order my ice cream and an ice cream for my girlfriend. They some how got the size incorrect even though they charged me for the Love It.nWhen I called the store I was greeted by a full voicemail box. I’m not quite sure what they’re doing there but it was an off putting customer experience.
