Horrible ownership and how they treat staff in ways that would get u fired anywhere else. Morale and service is affected because of this
As of today I’m fairly certain the only reason to eat at this place is desperation (like me, today, I forgot my lunch at home). Have given it a try on multiple occasions over the last 5 years - and it’s just gone from bad to worse. Lesson learned.
Great place to stop for lunch. Love the baked potato and salad option when it's on special. Great customer service.
I have worked in the same building as 825 Cafe Today for 2 years. In the beginning it was a pretty bad experience- the food was incorrectly made, the girls at the registered were bored and rude. I made it my 2017 New Years resolution not to eat there anymore. I did great all year, too! Now they have just about all new staff and the food comes out quickly and well made. The guys at the counter are very nice and make me want to come back. Happy for the change.
The café has been up and down for over a decade, but it's finally hit an all time low. The menu has all but disappeared and the food is 'ok' at best, while the prices have spiked. Really sad to see the rapid decline in this establishment and unfortunately after 15 years, I will not be going back.
