I read the reviews and was really excited to try their food. I paid $13 for an average size noodle dish with pork belly and vegetables and I was pretty disappointed. The only thing that was good about it was the homemade noodles but the pork tasted old, it was hard and there wasn't much of it. A lot of oil, red, green bell peppers and white onions. I just think that for what I paid I should have gotten fresh meat and more of it.
Got the pork belly noodles and dumplings, delicious! We ordered at the door, and service was very fast even though it was busy.
Frank's noodles are the best! Stumbled upon this gem on a trip to Portland about 6 months ago and had to make a special stop for take out pandemic noodles when moving out of the PNW. These handmade noodles are nothing short of exceptional. Perfect mix of protein, vegetables, and spices that make the noodles so flavorful. Also affordable and the staff is so friendly. Next time I'm within 100 miles I will be back!!

We ordered the stirfry handpulled noodles one with beef and one with tofu. Yes, the noodles were chewy and soft but it was also doughy. What really bummed us was the taste...we were expecting an explosion of flavor by the way it looked but no. It was spicy which we liked but utterly lacking flavor. Service was fast though.
