Family Video

Place has gone down hill in the last few years. Used to occasionally pick out a movie that had issues playing or problems with skipping. Now you can almost anticipate it everytime you go. Before when this would happen they would apologize and ask if you would like to try a different copy, or pick out a different movie in the same price range. Stopped in today because, the Baywatch movie I rented last night skipped all the way through the film. Took it in to let the girl know, she said they would mark it as damaged and thanked me for letting them know. No offer for a refund, or an offer to try to run it. Basically thanks for wasting my money on damaged goods. Very disappointed, and probably won't be back now.

7-18-20 bad experience when my children have to listen to the store employee on speaker phone talking to someone and all I hear is the 2 of them complaing and swareing while my kids are looking for videos the in store employee said she is the manager when she was asked for managers # she was complaining about having to work till closing time and had to clean her house for inspection

Family video has great customer service as of late. We feel fortunate to have Family video in our local neighborhood and we are a regular patron. Family video is the best place to get fun games and great movies its a wonderful cheerful family environment... life is worth living when your a member at family video.... love it!!!!

I should own stock in this place for as much money as I spend in there
