Only you can judge if this is a lawyer you can trust with your legal issues. I can assure you; I will never recommend Mr. Kaiser’s services. I’m speaking out, so others are aware.nnIf you are looking for a lawyer to handle a probate estate, please look elsewhere. Mr. Kaiser was given the mandatory fee for filing a probate case in Ohio. All non-probate issues with the estate already resolved, all that remained were issues for probate. Five months after payment, paperwork for the probate case remained unfiled. New legal counsel found. Mr. Kaiser was notified and told the name of the new legal counsel if there were any questions direct them to the new counsel. Several months later, Mr. Kaiser submitted a bill to the ESTATE for services, and the estate lawyer included it in the estate filing. That should be the end of the story. It is not, unfortunately.nn3 YEARS LATER a bill shows up addressed to me saying I owe the fees Mr. Kaiser had already charged the estate. Mr. Kaiser has also added late fees and states the invoice is past due. I had never received a statement in the first place, so how can it be late? By law, when a lawyer does work for an estate, he is entitled payment through the estate. By law, Mr. Kaiser is not able to charge me a dime. I am not a family member, nor was I given legal right to administer the estate. Mr. Kaiser had my name and contact information in the file as I was the local contact for the estate. Needless to say, I turned the invoice over to the estate’s lawyer. Who agreed I had no responsibility to pay for anything in association with the now-closed estate.nnThe estate's lawyer contacted Mr. Kaiser. The estate lawyer informed me that the parties agreed that I did not owe money. Case closed? Nope, 16 months later, another bill with more late fees showed up. The same routine ensued, The estate's lawyer tells me to disregard the statement; I will not receive an invoice again. Case closed?nnNope, Friday, February 21, 2020, 8 months after Mr. Kaiser told the estate’s lawyer the second time that I would not receive another invoice, another invoice has come. This process started with Mr. Kaiser in 2014...the probate case closed in 2015. The first bill sent to me was dated 03/01/18. I ask you, why would a reputable business wait that long to send an invoice? I am speaking out with this recent incident to give others insight into my experience with Mr. Kaiser.nnAgain, only you can judge if you can trust Mr. Kaiser with your legal issues. I can assure you; I will never recommend Mr. Kaiser’s services.

If you need a local attorney in Bryan Ohio or Angola Indiana, I would highly recommend Brian Kaiser as he has office in each location. I live in the middle n have gone to both offices. I have used him for non criminal cases n have been very happy with the professionalism n promptness of getting my cases done. They even let me set up auto credit card payments to get my bill paid while he worked on my case which was heavenly.

My experience was outstanding. Becky is very knowledgeable and very patient w all my questions. Attorney Brian also spent the extra time I needed to understand my bankruptcy options. I am very pleased with this office, nice and professional.
