This company is a joke. The woman that handles everything is completely rude and cant keep up with her job. First she wants to tell us we arnt allowed to call the office, we need to call her personal phone. She does not take the payment on time and then tries to apply late fees. I have many messages of her claiming she cant take payments on time because she has too many units to deal with. I ask to talk to whoever is above her and she refuses. The payment is suppose to be automatic, take the payment on time and there wont be an issue. But instead she wants to lie and say she ran it on time and it was declined when I know for a fact that was not true. Have messages of her saying she didnt run the card on time. Ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
