Fletcher's Carpet

Worst experience ever...installers brought a young child carrying snacks with them and parked her on my new hardwood floors while they installed my carpet, within 10 minutes the child quickly poured a sticky drink on my floor and rugs...had to call the office to get them to take the child home. Went to use my newly remodeled bathroom and found the toilet the installers used completely covered in urine, lid, tank pedestal including the floor grout around the toilet...disgusting. Fletcher's seemed unconcerned...

They did a good job in the kitchen but the livingroom was a different story had carpet in april seam started showing in the middle of floor 3 months later been back to tell them 7 different times and still nothing is done what a joke owner said just call you don't have to come here we will stand good for it 3 years later what a joke

Make sure you get all quote in writing. Staff were not helpful with product information. Different prices offered if you pay cash
