Love coming to this place! The museum is free and offers a glimpse into many different rocks and minerals, bones, and artifacts from long ago and from all over the world. The shop is also cool to purchase a piece of history to take home and cherish.

Stopped bye on a Sunday afternoon with my girl to window shop and was delighted to find them open. ud83dude01nnSince I haven't been here in more than a decade I was in awe of the expansive improvements along with the depth and quality of this collection of fossils, gemstones, and most impressively, numerous meteorites, including some beauties available for physical inspection.nnI can emphatically say that this is a local treasure. Can't wait to go back!

Completely unique combination store/museum. A must see if you are rock hound. There are plenty of things to look at. Don’t miss the backlight room full of fluorescent rock and mineral specimens. The store section offers jewelry, small mineral/rock/ore/fossil specimens, and more.

Cool place...I've heard a lot about it but have never physically been there.

This place is great, the owner is so generous to allow people to view his incredible collection. I am astounded that a couple of complainers could find fault in something they don't even have to pay for.
