Whole Body Health Physical Therapy

We have had a top notch experience with Jessica and the rest of the staff at Whole Body Health. My daughter is shy and very cautious around new people so Jessica's warmth, good humor, and deep knowledge of the human body have been a huge gift. Not only that, but the ankle is much improved and we all understand what is needed in order to keep it sturdy.

I saw Kara and she was amazing. She’s compassionate, funny, and encouraging. Kara worked with me to find exercises I could and actually would do at home. I am so thankful for her help and I especially appreciate how kind and understanding she was when I would show up having not done a lot! I’m not the best patient- but I still got better thanks to Kara!

Jessica and the staff at Whole Body were amazing. My time there always felt productive, I felt cared about, and my care was individualized. Jessica worked with what worked for me, and I didn't feel self-conscious about my body/weight - something I look for in a provider!

Kara is the most supportive, helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable person who has ever helped me with the chronic pain I have been dealing with for most of my life. I finally feel like there are tangible ways to deal with it, and perhaps even an end to it. I had a major flare up recently and she has been helping me through it as if she is a friend. I feel truly cared for. She is amazing!
