Honestly: it's really not good or bad. Staff seems well versed regarding Customer Service, it's never really crowded, although it's definitely more of a Pharmacy, rather than it being design for typical 'convenience store' shopping. Get your shopping complete elsewhere and take care of you Healthcare and Rx needs here ... ud83dude0f

The staff and pharmacists are top notch - VERY service oriented and knowledgeable. I've been in twice in need of assistance with odd questions, and they not only pointed me in the right direction, they never push a sale or product. If the generic is fine, they'll say so, yet their professional help costs nothing. I love this place and recommend it, especially if you need or appreciate truly personal service.

Central Drugs always provided professionalism and were welcoming when entering into the store, the whole staff will be missed. It's a shame Central Drugs is no more, having turned over to a CVS pharmacy. A big thank you to Central Drugs for being there for me over the years and for providing excellent service.
