We just love our Culligan delivery person. He is such a delight. Even through all this contactless world we find ourselves we appreciated the safety, professionalism, and kindness our delivery man provides. Our delivery man takes an extra moment to wave at my excited toddlers (1 & 3 years old) and it just makes their day. Thank you.

The overall product performance and service by the technicians over the years has been great.
I've had an exceptionally poor experience with Culligan. I rented a water softener from them. When I signed up for the rental, they promised that I would never even have to touch the water softener.nnSome things that have gone wrong:n- They did not mention that the softener would barely fit in my utility closet, making it all-but impossible to service my furnace or hot water heater.n- During installation the plumber caused a fire in my utility closet—and did not mention it (the wall was scorched and I found my toasted vacuum cleaner manual in a bucket.)n- The plumbing that was installed leaked, requiring another service visit.n- I was told that I would be called to schedule salt delivery, but was not. The service man left three 50lb bags of salt in my car port, which were nearly too heavy to move.n- Flat-out have not responded to my emails.nnThere is more, but I will leave it at that. Overall extremely underwhelmed by their customer service (with the except of one service provider.) Would generally not recommend buying or renting a water softener from them.
