Fred Meyer Pharmacy

Contrary to other people, I only have pleasant experiences at Fred meyer's pharmacy Hollywood West. I've been there twice so far and I didn't have anything to complain. All you have to do is to call in advance to see if your medication is ready to pick up. When your doctor sends a prescription there, it usually takes 2 to 3 days to be ready. I always do that and there weren't any problems.

Out of my regular medication for weeks. Had a substitution available, but refused to fill it without getting a brand new prescription from my doctor even though I have done the same thing in the past at the same location. And very poor customer service in addition. Also, pretty much always a long wait. Do yourself a favor and find a better pharmacy.

A constant mess. Staff go on breaks when the line is literally winding around the grocery store. Staff also have an attitude when you are there. More needs to be done to improve customer service. They need more pleasant staff.

This is got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to even though it's connected to a billion dollar company. Fred Meyer himself should be ashamed

I genuinely do not look forward to coming here.
