I‘m sure there are some good staff at this post office, but the one I got on the phone was a sarcastic patronizing jerk over a simple change of address question. His tone and words were impatient and condescending as if I were interrupting his coffee break or something. Glad I didn’t go in person!

Ordered a pair of headphones through the mail and have been waiting almost two weeks to get my package. I’ve continued to track it and it’s been sitting in transit, unapproved, for the last week at this location. Now I understand with the COVID 19 issue, things are limited, but this is absolutely ridiculous, as my other family member ordered something online and got it from them two days after it touched down into Mishawaka. And he ordered his package 3 DAYS after mine. I hope this review will AT LEAST get their attention, so I can receive my package.

for some reason i can't post this picture that i wanted too. maybe due to the computer settings. anyhoo, there was no way the carrier could have known what was inside this tiny box. she/he put it behind my shovel. we thought that was the most awesome thing. where i live, there is no shelter, and if you get a box when its raining, i remember a couple times they were wrapped in plastic. another time, put in the door, or as close to the brick as possible. with the weather here in Indiana, it could be sunny in the morning, blizzard by 5. they get a bad rep, but carriers have a rough job....and are there come what may
