They will kick you out when others lie about you. Don't live at battell school apartments. The guy Robert on the first floor is voilent to the point he threw a chair at me. This month I was evited over the lies he has told the office. I feel he is related to someone in the office which they pfotect him

I was turned down for an apartment no one sent me a letter or cared to explain why. I will be calling HUD about whats going on in this part of Indiana with south bend and mishawaka housing, Its sad they don't care if your homeless.

I have lived here now for 8 years and now that my kids are grown and moved i will be having to move to a one bedroom which is hard to do when you have alot of stuff from moving from house to house..but i will deal with it when that time comes or move with a friend.so it is nice ive always stayed to myself so i wouldnt have trouble.

It really sucks that the staff is not approachable. N when you tell them your situation n fill out the app the just blow you off..i am a single mother of a spina bifida child. I have a secure income EVERY MONTH on the 1st...still NO WHERE to live n as it stands next month i will be homeless!! Thanks! I really hope n pray no one treats your family the way the staff did mine...
