Unlike their other store, which used to be Max's Liquor, this one actually has genuinely courteous clerks. That remember your favorite products. At the other end of the spectrum about 4 miles West of this one there is a large lady that claims to be the Manager. Countless times I've went in to the old Max's liquor store and attempted to purchase lottery tickets and pay with my debit card. The large lady must not believe in the practice. Denied with a grimace. As a CX professional, I would remove that lady from her position post haste. The customer experience is a very important instance. There have been other unrelated instances involving this woman. She's just not a nice person.
