Trevino was my insurance agent for some time.nI had a roof leak emergency, and Trevino was my insurance agent. I called him, and he was unable to make it out to inspect the massive amount of damage, and I asked him what should I do. He gave me the number of a water remediation company, and said (exact words) “chad, call so and so, and have the water damage cleaned up, and rest assured you are covered”n$7,700 later in a water clean up bill, Tens of thousands of dollars of product thrown in the trash, and Trevino calls and lets me know that I’m not covered after all.nThis contributed to the downfall of my business. I ended up getting sued by the water remediation company, and a brand new marriage starting off with legal issues, and a $7,700 bill which I had to pay in FULL for, and Trevino didn’t even give me as much as an apology. I only hired this Remediation company because of HIS recommendation. If I would have known I would have had to pay for it in full, I would have had my workers clean up and dry all the water.nI’m still ticked about this. I believe in forgiveness, but I’m still not ready.nUnprofessional, liar, doesn’t care about his customers, and check your policy before it’s too late.nThis cost me $7,700, and a giant stress on my marriagennChads Auto Parts,nElkhart, IN

My parents have been with Trevino Ins. for many years now and have always had fast, friendly and efficient service. I live down in Indy and just recently put my homeowners with them as well and they were able to lower my rate substantially (after mine more than doubled for having a claim). I've had nothing but a great and comfortable experience with Peggy and her team. They are quick to respond and don't make you feel like one of a million other customers. It's nice to pick up the phone or send an email, and have a response within seconds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
