Heartfelt Veterinary Hospital

My partner and I have two cats, and we were taking them to the vet we had a coupon for when we adopted them. But Heartfelt is just around the corner, so I wanted to check them out. I'm so glad that I did. They are responsive, caring, and clearly devoted to pets. The other, corporate vet felt kinda cold and impersonal. But I have the feeling that Heartfelt really cares and wants the best for my darling cats. They're very collaborative in treatment, making sure we understand how to use medicine, when to follow up, etc. And their office fees are actually cheaper than the corporate place.

Everyone at Heartfelt is very professional, caring and friendly. They listen and then respond in a way that is understandable. My dog is very happy to go there and loves the fuss they make over him.

SO pleased with Heartfelt Veterinary Hospital! We just started taking our 4 month old kittens here and couldn't be happier. The staff are all very attentive, friendly, and have navigated this whole COVID situation with no undue stress to the patients' owners (I'm sure it has been a difficult!). Our kitties are in great hands here.

Great place! Very caring, kind and competent staff. Helped with some complicated travel paperwork and details. Very patient, too! Highly recommended!

The could not tell my cat was dying. I am the one who figured it out. They gave him a wellness check a month ago, they saw him again three weeks ago to do a blood test for FIV and leukemia that I requested. Then I figured out he was dying. I took him to the Oregon Humane Society who verified he was sick...with all kinds of problems. His name was PoohPooh. They could not have been worse. They also wanted $228 to put him to sleep and OHS wanted $80. They are also overpriced if they can not tell when an animal is very sick.
