Horrible customer service. Although I have been charged money, I haven’t been able to get my car into the garage because the gate won’t open. There’s literally no one to answer the phone or help out so I’m spending the weekend parking on the streets while I paid to park in the garage.

Good enough parking garage. not much else to say. Easy access to the mall, no fees for day parking, and plenty of space.
