Rick Reid has been my insurance agent for over 10 years. At the very beginning, I had a tree fall on my house. Rick was literally there the very next day taking pictures, preparing my claim, and calming me down...I haven't had an auto claim, thank goodness, but when my daughter started driving Rick prepared us with the information needed to get her added to my policy. I am very confident moving forward that Rick will handle my insurance needs fully and professionally. He is very knowledgeable and current with what is going on. Not only with my policies, but with future needs that I may have overlooked and the climate of the market.
