All staff are genuinely friendly and go the extra 10 miles to get you exactly the type of insurance that's right for you! They even informed me if I qualified for additional discounts that I didn't even know about. Awesome people!

Had an experience where they dropped the ball with my mortgage company and caused a laps in coverage. FYI Poala works for them always wonder about people who write reviews of themselves on here.

I do not recommend ever going here. They are very good about collecting money from you. The second you have to cancel state farm because their prices are not competitive they completely treat you with nothing but disrespect. They will hold on to any money they owe you as long as humanly possible and they even charged me for an extra month. CrooksnAll State is much cheaper for better coverage anyway
